Helping people, families, and communities navigate the transitions that shape who we become.

Through embodied coaching, family work, rites of passage, and school partnerships, Deeply Connected creates spaces for deeper connection, belonging, and meaningful growth.

My Services

  • Elemental Embodiment

Reconnect with yourself, your gifts and your inner wisdom

Elemental Embodiment Explorations are a space to slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect with what you already know beneath the noise. Together, we explore the patterns, relationships, strengths, and transitions shaping your life—and create space for a more authentic way of moving forward.

    For people who are:

    • navigating a life transition

    • seeking clarity and direction

    • wanting to connect to the wisdom of your body

    • stepping into greater responsibility or a new expression of themselves

    Together we explore:

    • your unique gifts and strengths

    • patterns in relationship

    • the wisdom and language of the body

    • your relationship with the elements

    • what is asking to emerge in your life

  • Family Coaching

Build stronger relationships. Navigate change. Grow together.

Parenting is one of the most meaningful and demanding journeys we undertake. I work with families at a crossroads—navigating change, disconnection, or new stages of family life—and help them move forward with greater ease, clarity, and connection.

Together, we create the conditions for greater trust, understanding, and connection within the family.

    For families experiencing:

    • recurring conflict or disconnection

    • communication struggles

    • big transitions or changes

    • a desire to strengthen family culture

    Together we explore:

    • relational patterns

    • communication and conflict

    • family rituals and traditions

    • emotional awareness

    • the values and culture you want to cultivate as a family

    Testimonial:

“My husband and I had the honor of working with Nate as our family coach over the course of several months this year. Nate has genuinely intuitive skills that supported us in improving our communication and connection as a family. Nate has many gifts, one of which includes his ability to be profoundly present with his clients. Nate came to our sessions with a deep listening of me and my partner, accurately capturing our struggles and offering tools to support us in making breakthroughs. My family is much more balanced and harmonious as a result of our work with Nate. If you're interested in transformation, healing, and wellness, then we highly recommend working with him!”

  • School & Community Partnerships

Create cultures where young people are honored for their unique gifts.

Schools are more than places where students learn. They are communities where young people develop their sense of self, discover their gifts, form meaningful relationships, and learn how to contribute to the world around them.

Deeply Connected partners with schools and communities to design developmentally appropriate experiences that support belonging, mentorship, self-awareness, and meaningful growth.

    Support includes:

    • rites of passage programs and adolescent development programs

    • mentorship and small-group programs for young people

    • workshops exploring boyhood, masculinity and healthy development

    • student belonging and community initiatives

    • parent/community engagement

    • experiential and place-based learning design

Why this work matters

We are living through a time of profound change.

Our children are growing up in a rapidly changing world. Families are navigating new pressures, relationships are evolving, and many of us are searching for a deeper sense of meaning and belonging.

Yet the transitions of life are not simply problems to solve. They are thresholds—moments when something is changing and we are being invited to grow and transform.

I believe we need spaces where we can slow down enough to listen: to our bodies, to one another, to nature, and to what is asking to emerge.

Deeply Connected creates those spaces.

Through embodied practice, family coaching, rites of passage, and school partnerships, I support people and communities in meeting change with greater awareness, connection, and intention.

Testimonial:

"Before working together, we were struggling with rebuilding trust in our relationship and knowing how to move forward. Working with Nate gave us a safe space to share how we were feeling and have difficult conversations. We were able to talk about things in a way we hadn't before. I would describe Nate's approach as supportive listening. He allows us both space to express our experiences and helps guide us to consider other perspectives."

Meet Nate

For more than 15 years, I’ve been creating spaces where people can slow down, connect more deeply, and discover what is asking to emerge.

My path has taken me through wilderness education, youth development, mentorship, rites of passage, family coaching, and experiential learning. I’ve worked with young people navigating difficult transitions, supported families in finding new ways of relating, and partnered with educators to create meaningful experiences for students and communities.

Along the way, I’ve come to believe that some of the most important moments in our lives happen at the thresholds—when an old way of being no longer fits and something new is beginning to take shape. I’ve gone through many of those transformations myself, and I’ve learned how much easier it can be when we have support.

My role is not to tell you who you should become. It is to create a space where you can listen deeply enough to discover it for yourself.

Today, I bring together embodied practice, relational coaching, nature, ritual, and years of experience working with people and communities to support that process.

Most importantly, I walk this path myself as the father of two boys. Being a parent is the greatest invitation I’ve known to choose who I am and what I stand for. It continues to teach me that connection isn’t something we achieve once and maintain. It is something we practice, repair, and rediscover together.
